Lozenge Macro Breaks

Content Formatting - Bug Report, made by Leon Collins on Feb 07, 2012 15:32

Current Status: Awaiting Development

Plugin Version: 1.6.16

Confluence Version: 3.3.3

Hello,

I'm having issues with the lozenge macro where it stops rendering/displaying the image but instead display the wiki code itself but if I flush my Confluence cache it starts rendering the macro correctly again. How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks,
Leon

Thanks for reporting your issue. It seems odd and we'd like some additional information from you to understand the context in which the problem is occurring. Can you please provide which macros are used within the the lozenge, where is it being rendered, and any stack-trace that is appearing in the Confluence log files. In any case, we'd recommend you using the latest version of the plugin compatible with your version of Confluence. In this case it is v1.7.3. Thanks.

      Gareth,

I have attached a screenshot of the issue and how the macro is being used. I don't have any stack-trace currently available. I did try upgrading to v1.7.3 but that created an even greater issue where none of my spaces using theme builder would render.

      Thanks,
      Leon

Thanks for the information. I've logged a bug for this on our internal system. However, without a stack trace we might not be able to do very much to resolve it if we can't reproduce it ourselves. If you're able to provide that in future then please do. In the mean time a fix will be investigated for a future release.

If you can also log the issue you experienced with Theme Builder then that would be useful, especially if you can provide a screenshot/related logging. Any fix for this current problem will require you to upgrade the plugin so the Builder issue will need to be resolved too. Thanks.
